Every new client begins with a Renewal Intensive for their treatment area of focus. Your first appointment gives us the opportunity to understand your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, perform your first customized treatment, and determine the most appropriate path forward.
You don’t need to decide whether you need a shorter or longer series before your first appointment — we’ll make that recommendation after assessing your skin.

What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your Renewal Intensive is approximately 2 hours, and includes a comprehensive consultation, skin assessment, discussion of your primary concerns, review of your current skincare routine, discussion of previous treatments and relevant skin history, your first customized professional treatment, assessment of your skin’s current condition and tolerance, a recommended corrective treatment series or program, professional home-care guidance, and the opportunity to ask questions about your treatment plan.

Appointment Policies
Because corrective treatments and appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, booking, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, and payment policies will be provided through the booking system before your appointment is confirmed. Clients will be required to review and agree to applicable policies when booking
